oik version 0.8 preview

I’ve just finished testing oik version 0.8 on my local machine so now I’ve uploaded the code to this site for a bit of testing. New functions are:

• [ bw_googleplus] shortcode
• [ bw_contact_button] shortcode
• some improvements to oik trace
• under the covers stuff for people who can do techno-babble
