- I increased the width of the sidebar to allow the featured image to be displayed as 256 pixels wide.
- Updated the Media settings to set the Medium size to a Max Width of 256
- Ran regenerate-thumbnails on the featured images
tweaks to bwdesign0830 theme
Having implemented a new home page for www.bobbingwidewebdesign.com using the [ bw_block] shortcode (in oik version 1.2) and the new theme from end August, I realised that my featured images were no longer visible in the sidebar.. They had been in the right hand sidebar… which is no more. So I re-introduced the featured-image-widget into the left sidebar. Then I found that I needed to make the sidebar a little wider.
