It’s been a year since I last listed the plugins I use on Bobbing Wide websites. Here’s a brief summary of what’s changed.
- Using sociable in preference to add-to-any, sharebar, sexybookmarks
- Using wordpress-seo in preference to all-in-one-seo-pack so don’t need google-sitemap-generator
- Using a number of backup plugins, including Human Made’s
- No longer use Extended Page List as I’ve added everything I need into oik
- Don’t use Featured Image Widget as much. I can use oik’s [bw_images]
- Prefer tb-testimonials to ltw-testimonials but planning to write an oik equivalent
- Using akismet instead of SI CAPTCHA Anti-spam
- Still using a range of Contact form plugins
- Not spending much time with Simple Twitter Connect or Simple Facebook connect: WP to twitter is quite good.
- Using my oik-nivo-slider instead of Slideshow gallery pro, NextGen and Portfolio slideshow
- I’ve basically given up with Widget Wrangler
- Stats has been consumed by Jetpack
- AND, if not already mentioned I use all the plugins that I’ve developed for oik-plugins.
