Letter taxonomy plugins

For any site that displays content sorted by alphabet rather than date it would be nice to have a simple A to Z selection list. oik-a2z provides the Letter taxonomy for posts and is extensible to allow multiple letter taxonomies with special logic to determine the letter to which a post is associated.
